What We Do

Services Built Around
the Way You Live

Whether you're refreshing a single room or reimagining your entire home, we bring the same level of care and attention to every project — big or small.

Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Custom cabinetry, countertops, tilework, and fixture selection — we transform the heart of your home into something you'll use and love every day.

Full-Home Renovations

From floor plans to final paint, we manage every trade and detail so you get a cohesive result — not a collection of separate contractors.

Home Repairs & Maintenance

Plumbing, drywall, flooring, trim — small fixes done right the first time. We show up when we say we will and leave your home cleaner than we found it.

Design Consultation

Not sure where to start? Our design team helps you choose materials, colors, and layouts that work together — no guesswork, no regret.

Custom Built-Ins & Millwork

Built-in shelving, entertainment centers, window seats, and custom storage solutions designed to fit your space — and your style.

Outdoor Living Spaces

Decks, patios, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens — extend your living space into the Delaware Bay area's beautiful outdoors.

About Us

A Lewes Family Business
Built on Trust

The Schell Brothers Design Center has been serving the Lewes community and surrounding coastal areas for years. What started as a commitment to honest, dependable repair work grew into a full-service design and renovation studio — but our core values never changed.

We treat every home like it's our own. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, and never cutting corners on materials or craftsmanship. When we say we'll be done by Friday, Friday is when you'll see the finished result.

We create a detailed plan with material selections and a transparent estimate. You approve every detail before a single nail is driven.

03

Construction

Our skilled team executes the work with precision. You'll know who's on-site, what's happening each day, and when to expect milestones.
